1. The basics

Extend AI turns your voice notes and rough ideas into social media drafts that sound like you. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Extend AI.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for everything done under it. You must be at least 16 years old to use Extend AI.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put in (your topics, recordings, and sample posts) and everything Extend AI drafts for you. You are responsible for what you publish. Drafts are a starting point and may contain mistakes, so review them before posting. Do not treat output as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Extend AI to break the law, to harass or harm others, to generate spam or deceptive content, or to abuse, overload, or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Free accounts include a one time allowance of drafts. Pro is $15 per month (or $120 per year) and includes a 7 day free trial, billed through PayPal. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings or your PayPal account. When you cancel, your subscription stops and you will not be charged again. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non refundable.

6. Availability and warranty

Extend AI is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always be available, error free, or fit for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Extend AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change, we will update the date above. Continuing to use Extend AI after a change means you accept the new terms.
