What we collect
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email, and profile picture. When you use the product we store what you give it: your topics and ideas, voice recordings and their transcripts, the sample posts you paste in to train your voice, and the drafts we generate. We also keep basic usage counts so we can apply plan limits.
How we use it
We use your data only to run the service: to sign you in, to generate drafts in your voice, to apply your plan limits, and to handle billing. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train our own models.
Who we share it with
We rely on a few trusted providers to deliver Extend AI. Your topic and samples are sent to our AI provider (OpenRouter) to generate drafts. Voice recordings are sent to our transcription provider (Groq) to turn speech into text. Account and content data is stored with our database host (Neon). Payments are handled by PayPal. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: one to keep you signed in, and one to count free demo drafts for visitors who have not signed up. We do not use advertising trackers.
Keeping and deleting your data
You can delete your style samples anytime in Settings. If you want your account and all associated data removed, email us and we will take care of it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no online service is perfectly secure. Please use a strong, unique Google account.
